Kate and John booked me for their wedding nearly 2 years ago and are such an adorable couple it really felt a priveledge to be a part of their wedding at the Moat House, Acton Trussell.
John is a senior scout for Liverpool Football Club and after talking to him about the exciting charity work he is personally do I think I could well be involved with Team Hibbsy for some years to come!
The wedding was an absolutely stunning day but unfortunately was blighted by less than perfect weather as August started with a very wet day! However, after the ceremony and the drinks reception in the lovely bar we did manage to get outside for a few minutes with a very trusty table cloth underneath Kate’s dress – it’s been a long time since I’ve had to do that but when we finished our 10 minute shoot and the cloth was brown and Kate’s dress virtually unmarked I realised it was worth it!!
Kate and John are yet another couple choosing a beautiful Jorgensen album and I’m just putting the finishing touches to the design to send over to Kate and John for their approval before we send it over to Perth. I think it’s going to look amazing…hopefully Kate and John will feel the same!!
Here are my favourites from the day:

Lynne Palfreymann of Fine Flowers provided absolytely stunning flowers for Kate and the girls and dressed the Colin Lewis Suite beautifully…

Kate’s dress from Jessica David looked amazing – as did the Jimmy Choos!!

The boys certainly looked the part all suited and booted by Dapper Dans in Wednesfield.

Kate and John looked so happy to see each other when they first set eyes on each-other in the ceremony…

Unfortunately the weather was against us on Sunday but the Colin Lewis Suite can look absolutely amazing for group shots as you can see!

It looks pretty nice for Bride and Groom portraits too!!

The room looked great set out for the wedding breakfast:

I found out during the day that John had proposed to Kate whilst walking the dog in their favourite spot over Cannock Chase. The tables were all named after the areas where they walk – how adorable…

The stunning looking and delicious smelling cake from Amerton Farm was stunning!

The speeches certainly went down very well!!

I had a great time with Kate and John sharing their wedding and I can’t wait to present them with their beautiful ProBound Jorgensen album.
